How we work
Our methodology incorporates all aspects related to your digital presence and allows us to ensure that the final product is not only a great representation of your business, but a resource for existing customers and a conversion point for new prospects.
Below are the steps we will take to ensure that all your deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
The first step for us is to analyze your current digital presence (Digital Audit).
Formulate a digital strategy
Based on the audit insights, we determine the functionality, content and architecture that will best serve your business. We look at the trends in the market to ensure that you have the latest technology, components and elements. We take time to think outside the box and give consideration to more than your present day business needs so that your website can sustain any upcoming future needs.
We consider this stage to be one of the most crucial factors in any project. We justify every single aspect of the design to ensure that each element is serving a specific need and the website is truly designed to attract, retain and enhance the end user-experience.
Depending on the project, we will be to develop three website design concepts, incorporating your marketing and communication strategy. A design that serves your existing needs as well as being flexible to accommodate future growth. Together we’ll develop a final design that will effectively communicate your brand and online identity to your stake holders.
Upon signoff of the final designs, we proceed to the development and configuration phase.
Once the preliminary testing is done, we then proceed to the multi-browser test, where your website is tested over major browsers such as IE, Firefox & Safari as a standard practice
Evaluation and fine-tuning
Once the website is passed through the preliminary testing phase, we handover the site for to you. At that point you have a week to review the site and log any changes you would like made. We will do the necessary changes to the website and the project is considered complete.
Then the fun really begins... driving traffic!
