How are we doing?

Digital analytics has become critically important in making smart and real time decisions. Being able to quickly pivot and improve your marketing results as a result of reviewing your data is paramount to success.

Quantitative results are essential for every business because they help you to learn more about the current status and, of course, helps you to decide which tools and tactics are working or not.

We’re all about making businesses and organizations perform better. Our only focus is working with you to increase your website traffic, pipeline, sales and online revenues.

Making Sense of the Numbers

If you do business online, using digital and web analytics is not an option to succeeding. It's absolutely necessary. Upon engagement with our clients, we get baselines of all data and set goals for improvement.

What's Happening with Your Web Traffic?

We only use best-in-class tools and applications to measure online traffic and behavior. Some measurement applications include:

  • Click-stream data such as Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, KISSMetrics & Adobe Marketing Cloud / Site Catalyst that shows what people are doing; what pages are visited, for how long, how they got there, and which content or campaigns are working.... or not
  • Email marketing data such as open rates, click-through rates and engagement
  • Listening tools, such as HootSuite, Google Alerts and Social Mention, to measure social media interactions and judge the sentiment of these interactions
  • Survey software such as Qualaroo & SurveyGizmo to get at the 'why' of your visitors' online actions.

Key Performance Indicators for Better Decision Making

We then develop key performance indicators (KPIs), to measure some of the most important metrics required to determine the health of online performance for each line of your business. Think of this like measuring your heart rate, pulse, blood pressure and cholesterol numbers.

We use this data and Analytics to make organic and real time decision based on your specific KPI’s. Meeting on a weekly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis to review the data is critical to our success.

Putting Over 20 Years of Certified, Proven Analysis, Benchmarks and Industry Standards to Work

It's one thing to know the numbers. It's another thing to make sense of them so that this data can be acted upon in a positive manner.
