Had great design but messaging was all wrong.

Management and Sales Team disagreed on positioning, messaging and had no sales process. They were about to exhibit at an expensive trade show without any strategy for success. We updated the messaging on the home page.

Blue Circle Marketing also came up with two promotions, a Casper Mattress (one of their clients) giveaway and Custom Printed Starbucks Gift Card giveaways to drive attendance to the booth. We created an email campaign with a survey and an invitation to a cocktail party to event attendees. We designed the booth and social media posts.

We then created a Sales Strategy for the sales team. Developed a sales process and implemented a Quarterly Business Review plan for each salesperson.
